Ngayun lang by special request kasi my coffee jelly recipe is in demand sa office.... Hehehe!

Heto...

Take 1 envelope of gulaman powder, you may want to consider the "Mr. Gulaman" Brand para mas mura over the branded ones, unflavored white. Dissolve in 1.2L of water (Mr. Gulaman yan, pag yung branded baka 2 cups lang per sachet), add sugar to taste and instant coffee to taste din, if strong coffee drinkers ang kakain, siguro add more, take note baka masyado mapait, to taste nga kasi... Bring to heat stirring constantly, para mas madali, read the cooking instructions in the package.... Then let set in your mold, anyways, a rectangular pan will do, just make it about an inch or less in thickness and it will set fast.

After the gulaman has set, cut into cubes, place in a big container where it can be mixed and add 1... err... bottle of coco jelly or in layman's term, nata de coco (pag medyo spanishy ka). Then pour in 2 bricks of all purpose cream, that is if you prefer a not so sweet dessert, or replace 1 brick with 1 can of condensed milk to be sweeter. Mix them but not too much so that the gulaman won't break to small pieces at baka maging drink siya, nai cha na yun dati sa chowking, or coffee jelly ng Starbucks. Chill or add ice directly before serving...

Options:

-You can add small sago if you like...

For add-on flavor and presentation (toppings sa serving cup):
- Unsalted roasted peanuts
- Unsalted roasted cashew nuts
- Pulverized Choc-nut or other generic brands

So what you think?
