CineKas1manwa - Luksong Tinik

Last year, our project, the dance short-film, Luksong Tinik, Directed by Rosswil Hilario, co-produced by this blogger, took home the Viewers Choice Award in the WifiBody 6 Uncensored Bodies Dance Video Competition. Today, it has just been featured in the CineKas1manwa, The Panay Islands Film Festival & Ilonggo Filmmakers' Conference, with Direk Rosswil Hilario being an Ilonggo. The event ran from December 10-14, 2013.

I was called up by my friend, Rosswil Hilario, to ask if I am interested in participating for an infomercial campaign for a cause, to pitch in Production Design as well as for Costume Design. It raised my curiosity as he informed me that the project is with the National Commission on Culture and the Arts. When he gave me what is for brainstorming, it was on VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN. The project was a part of the Gender Awareness and Development campaign of the NCCA. And as we went through the details, we got excited.

I got a box of FOOD FOR THE GODS from KEUKIE CONFECTIONS, that is the new name of the same maker of the CHOCOLATE SHORTBREAD I posted a few postings ago, SHAMUS. I wasn't able to stop myself from consuming the whole box... Chomped them up!

BURBERRY for HERSHEY

I found a damaged BURBERRY wool scarf that had some moth holes. I did not want to throw it away and so, I have had the scarf re-purposed by cutting it up and convert it to a throw pillow cover. .

I placed the pillow on the table and my dog, HERSHEY, slept on it... She liked the pillow, eh?

Just enjoyed taking some of these shots.
