Experiment No. 5: Breaded Bangus

Easy lang naman... 


1. Punta ka sa supermarket at bumili ng Bangus Back Fillet.
2. Bili ka na rin ng bread crumbs at eggs.
3. And add ka pa dried rosemary or oregano.
4. Dapat me salt ka.
5. Pag-uwi, buksan ang Bangus Back Fillet. No need to thaw.
6. Rub a little salt to both sides of the bangus.
7. Break open egg, u have the option to use the whites only or go ahead and beat a little yung egg white with the yolk.
8. Dip mo yung fish sa eggs.
9. In a plate, prepare a combination of bread crumbs and a little of rosemary or oregano.
10. Roll mo sa bread crumbs/herb yung fish after having it dipped in the egg.
11. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
12. Remove from the oil and drain out oil or place in paper towels to remove excess oil.
13. Serve with sweet and sour dip or tomato ketchup. Siyempre with rice.
